What is our purpose?
Our purpose is to support the band, guard and staff with tasks like providing chaperones, helping with equipment, and fundraising.
If your student is in the band or guard, you're automatically part of the organization!
Our organization is a non-profit and is separate from the school
What do band parents do?
Our events and fundraisers are what funds our band and makes it possible for this program to thrive
Unlike sports activities, most of our funds come from efforts of our parent organization.
We provide chaperones for competitions, football games and parades. We coordinate the Cavalcade and Indoor Show. We help fit students uniforms, move equipment, and fundraise.
We also have a lot of fun!
Why should I volunteer to help?
The executive board are parents and volunteers also, and we are dedicated to the success of the band and guard. We cannot do it alone.
Any amount of time you are willing to help is appreciated and felt by your student and the band. High school goes by fast and being part of these events with your students is a great way to connect during their high school years.
